Hammer & Home started with one van, one bricklayer and a simple idea: that homeowners deserve a builder who turns up when they say they will, charges what they quoted, and leaves the site tidy at the end of every day. Two decades on, that hasn't changed — we've just got a bigger team and a longer list of happy customers.

Today we're a full general building outfit covering driveways, electrical, roofing and groundworks across the UK. Every trade is handled in-house by time-served tradesmen, so there's one point of contact, one clear price, and no finger-pointing between subcontractors when something needs sorting.

We work mostly on referrals and repeat business, which tells you everything about how we operate. From a small drive re-lay to full foundations for a new extension, the standard is the same: proper preparation, quality materials, and a finish that still looks right in ten years' time.
